For about a year now, I’ve been diffusing essential oils every day. I do this for numerous reasons; sleep, motivation, calming techniques, etc. Throughout my discovery of living a natural and healthy lifestyle, essential oils and sprays have become very prominent in my daily routine. I encourage all of you to try using essential oils in your daily lives. They can increase your mood, calm stress, and create a healthier living style. Today, I am sharing how I use and when I use essential oils and essential oil sprays.
When I wake up in the morning, I like to spray either my Zum Mist aromatherapy room & body mist (lavender-lemon) or I like to diffuse my orange essential oil. The morning is a time to invigorate your senses and your mind! It is a time to wake up and feel energized. The lavender lemon mix provides a calming but energizing smell, as well as the orange oil. If you are ever in need of an energizing smell, citrus is the way to go.
Throughout the day, I enjoy diffusing simple scents, such as tea tree, lemongrass, and peppermint. These oils not only keep stress levels mediated but they also provide motivation and energy.
If I am ever in need of extremem motivation, I will spray my Aura Cacia Prep Talk mist.It is a blend of spicy cardamom, peppermint, and citrus to promote positive thinking and inspiration.
Once I’m home and ready to relax, I use a number of essentail oils, depending on the day. Usually, I will diffuse my lavender essential oil to help myself get ready for bed and to finally, fall asleep. Sometimes I will mix lavender and eucalyptus. The eucalyptus adds a green, plant smell to create a very natural sense in the room. If I do not want to use my diffuser, I will use my Aura Cacia clearing eucalptus mist!
